My son is having fever since the last 4 days. I’m giving him Paracetamol syrup as and when the temperature crosses 100° F. I’m worried as he also had bad cold and cough. One of my neighbours told me that it is viral fever. How long does this viral fever last? He’s very active when there is no temperature. But he’s hardly eating anything and am really worried.
